In a good way!
So, I had a table tonight pay for the table next to them. Total strangers. Yup, just asked me for the next table's check ($45!), paid it, tipped me for both checks & asked that I wait to tell the lucky folks until they (the people paying) had left & that I wish them a lovely holiday.
CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!?!?!?!?
Wow. Compassion does exist. Holiday spirit might not just be a myth.
This self proclaimed cynic had tears in her eyes.
A tiny piece of my faith in humanity has been restored.
Cheers!
My ramblings about life, travel, books, infertility, food, the Steelers, marriage & whatever else comes along the way.
